Abu Dhabi, UAE – The national Jiu-Jitsu team concluded its participation in the World Junior Championships, making a remarkable appearance by winning 50 medals across all age categories.
The tournament witnessed wide participation from several countries,
but the Emirati performance was remarkable in terms of excellence and technical commitment.
In the junior category, the team won 9 medals, including two gold, one silver and six bronze medals.
Omar Mansour Al-Balushi and Al-Ghaith Al-Badi won the two gold medals.
Saeed Al Muhairbi won the silver medal, while six players were crowned
with bronze medals in different weight categories.

The success of the programs for preparing young champions
reflects the federation’s strategy of developing technical skills from a young age.
He added that the continued support from the wise leadership

The results showed that the remaining 41 medals were distributed
across the junior, youth and senior categories.
This confirms the continued excellence of the UAE in all age groups.
The federation considered this large harvest as evidence of the strength
of the training structure and the interest in developing young sporting talents.
The tournament concludes with widespread praise for the Emirati performance.
The national team’s young athletes proved that they are the future
