Strong competition concluded on Friday evening between the participating horses, with titles distributed among a number of different studs.
The Emirates Arabian Horse Association organized the championship in the Grand Hall of the Budhib Equestrian Academy, over a period of 4 days.
With a large participation of 421 horses belonging to about 216 owners.
Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Arabian Horse Association, attended part of the closing evening’s activities.
The closing ceremony was also attended by Ali Al-Enezi, General Manager of the Al-Watan Shooting and Equestrian Club in Libya, and Mohammed Ahmed Al-Harbi, General Manager of the Emirates Arabian Horse Association.
In addition to a large number of owners, breeders and marabout managers.
Golden title for foals
The final competitions were started by the filly “Sultana BHM” from Merbat Bin Hamila, who won the golden title for the one-year-old filly.
She was followed in second place by “Balqis Al-Nour” from Al-Nour Stud, while she won the bronze title “Falha Al-Hawajer” by Ghanem Al-Hajri.
“Sheikha Al Yah” by Mohammed Ahmed Abdul Latif Al Ali won the golden title of the Mahrat Championship, and came in second and achieved the silver title “Lilian Al Sad” by Adel Omar Al Marzouqi.
The bronze title went to “Haya Al Fahid” by Mohammed Saeed Al Fahid Al Hajri.
“A.J.H. Hajar” won the golden title for the mares by Juma Al Shumaili, and “M.Z. Rafiqa” won the silver title for Khalifa Al Nuaimi.
She came in third place and won the bronze title of “Rawa’a Mughider” for Rashid Saif Al Zaabi.
“js Romeo” by Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al-Baydai topped the Year-Age Skills Championship, achieving the golden title.
He came in second place and won the silver “Lahoub TH” for the Thuraya Stud, while he won the bronze title “Gharbi Al Yah” for Hamad Ahmed Abdul Latif Al Ali.
“ALA Sinjar” by Mohammed Butti Al-Abdouli won the golden title for the colts.
He was followed in second place by “Sarab BHM” by Merbat Ben Hamila, and silver was won by “Dahim Al-Jawahir” by Merbat Al-Jawahir, who won the bronze title.
The competition was concluded by “Ramz Al Yah” by Mohammed Ahmed Abdul Latif Al Ali, who won the golden title for Al Fahoul.
J.S. Sultan from Al-Jawahir Stud came in second place and won the silver title, while Falah Al-Hawajer by Ghanem Al-Hajri won the bronze title.
On the other hand, the activities of the Arab Championship for Arabian Horse Breeders began on Friday in the Grand Hall of the Boudhib Academy, with the participation of 103 horses belonging to about 57 owners.
After that, the six final tournaments will be held.
The foals and foals championships include the one-year-old foals championship, the foals championship, the mares championship, and the stallions championship.
