Dubai Airshow launches its conference program and hosts more than 350 speakers

Sponsored by Dubai Airports, the Airports and Airlines Keynote Track is being held for the first time, highlighting a select group of influential leaders in the global aviation sector.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Dubai Airshow 2025 announced the accompanying conference agenda, designed to stimulate ideas, address sector transformations, and accelerate progress in the aviation, space, and defense sectors.

The conference will be held between November 17 and 21, at the Dubai Airshow site, within Dubai World Central, and this year it will host more than 350 expert speakers who will provide more than 90 hours of live content within 12 specific tracks.

The conference agenda, according to a press release issued today, extends over four interactive platforms, and reflects the sector’s changing priorities to meet future requirements while continuing to focus on important matters at the present time.

This year’s edition of the conference adds six new tracks to keep pace with the sector’s transformation, covering topics such as maintenance strategies, smart transformation and digital innovations in airline and airport operations, emerging challenges in the cybersecurity sector, the latest airport technologies and workforce development, and the dedicated “Flying the Future: Empowering Women” program, designed in collaboration with the International Women in Aviation Association.

Sponsored by Dubai Airports, the Airport and Airline Keyword Path is being organized for the first time, highlighting an elite group of influential leaders in the global aviation sector.

Speakers include Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates, Tony Douglas, CEO of Riyadh Air, and others, who will offer insights into air traffic growth, digital transformation, airport strategies, and new approaches to aviation safety.

Ivan Passato, Chief Aviation Officer at Rome Airports, said that the Dubai Airshow is a leading global platform for innovation in the aviation sector and our participation in the exhibition focuses on the field of advanced air mobility, noting that Dubai is a symbol of excellence in the fields of airport infrastructure and air operations, in addition to its leading global role in the field of advanced air mobility.

The Emirates Space Agency returns to participate in the exhibition through a two-day space conference, and this participation is characterized by a great focus on sustainability, security and innovation.

Brian Cobb, CEO of Innovation at Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport, said that the Dubai Airshow is an ideal event for establishing partnerships that support economic growth and raise standards of global communication, starting from America and reaching flight routes around the world.

The two-day sustainability track examines the future of environmentally friendly aviation, from the use of advanced aircraft and clean fuels to developing policies that support building a zero-emission aviation future.

For his part, Timothy Howes, General Manager of Informa Markets, said that the exhibition is a vital platform for exchanging ideas and reviewing innovations that will define the features of the next decade and beyond in the aviation, space and defense sectors.

The Maintenance, Repair and Umrah track, which is launched for the first time, addresses modern technologies, advanced business models and growth opportunities, allowing attendees to learn about practical strategies that are directly applicable.

The Academy’s platform highlights vital topics such as cyber risks, technological innovation, and workforce inclusivity.

The Next Generation Leaders series provides an opportunity for students and young professionals to shape the next phase of the aviation sector.

The advanced air mobility path is of great importance, as it reviews the latest technologies, policies and partnerships that establish new concepts about aviation, while passenger experience sessions focus on how the aviation sector contributes to improving the level of passenger service by providing smoother flights, smarter services and stronger communication capabilities.
