Dubai, UAE – Dar Global, the global developer of luxury real estate projects and listed on the London Stock Exchange, announced the award of the contract to implement construction works for the “Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai” project platform. On “Gulf Asia Contracting Company”.
The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai. It continues to progress according to the approved schedule as construction work enters its next phase. While the Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, announced for launch in April 2025, is set to be a distinctive addition to Dubai’s urban skyline.
The tower is 350 metres high and extends over 80 floors. The tower includes the tallest outdoor swimming pool in Dubai. Two distinctive penthouse apartments inspired by the iconic Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Global explained that the award of the contract comes after the early completion of all basic equipment work for the project before its scheduled date in September 2026. This represents the transition to the next phase of construction and represents a significant achievement in the implementation of one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury projects.
