Dubai, UAE – Emaar Development Co., Ltd. has registered.M.A, which owns Emaar Properties S.A.M.A “majority share in it, stable performance during the first half of 2026 (January to June).

These results were based on discipline in implementation and strength in the economic foundations of the city of Dubai. In light of global economic and geopolitical developments, the UAE’s diverse and supportive business environment continued to provide the company with growth potential. Which continued to focus on operational excellence, financial discipline, and achieving long-term value for stakeholders.

The strong advance sales portfolio also contributed to enhancing Emaar’s ability to deal with market fluctuations and take advantage of opportunities as conditions return to normal.

Emaar Development recorded real estate sales worth 22.4 billion dirhams ($6.1 billion) during the first half of 2026.

While real estate sales volumes reflected a measured pace in response to changing geopolitical developments, the company maintained its pricing discipline and customer confidence across its various integrated complexes. Choosing the right timing to launch projects.

Growth in accumulated revenues

Cumulative revenues amounted to AED 127.7 billion ($34.8 billion) as of June 30, 2026, an 8% increase compared to the first half of 2025.

These accumulated revenues provide a clear vision of future revenues and support the company’s long-term growth prospects.

Revenues rose to 13.3 billion dirhams ($3.6 billion) during the first half of 2026, a growth of 34% compared to the same period last year. Thanks to the steady progress in project implementation and the recording of revenues related to ongoing projects.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization amounted to 7.1 billion dirhams ($1.9 billion), an increase of 42% compared to the same period last year. Reflecting continued operational discipline and the strength of the company’s portfolio.

Net profits after taxes also rose to 6.7 billion dirhams ($1.8 billion), a growth of 43% year-on-year. The net profit margin reached 50%.

During the first half of 2026, construction work on all ongoing projects progressed according to the specified timelines. This confirms the company’s commitment to disciplined implementation, effective governance, and continuing to deliver projects on time.

Emaar continues to benefit from one of the largest and most diverse land portfolios within master plans in the region. It includes about 287 million square feet of multi-use development opportunities.

These lands are strategically located to support the group’s continued expansion and deliver long-term value to its shareholders.

Emaar also announced a new master plan worth 200 billion dirhams. This strengthens the group’s long-term development project portfolio and confirms its confidence in Dubai’s continued growth.

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of Emirati society and enhancing its leadership, Emaar Development contributed 200 million dirhams ($54 million) to national community initiatives during the first half of 2026. Distributed equally between two endowment funds dedicated to supporting orphans and vulnerable groups throughout the UAE.

The company has enhanced its operational efficiency through disciplined project implementation and technology-enabled operations. Initiatives based on artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement of various development activities.

Emaar Development continued to integrate sustainability into its projects through responsible planning and resource-efficient designs. Taking into account environmental considerations in a way that supports the UAE’s long-term ambitions in terms of sustainability.
