With the aim of expanding the "Villanova" residential complex.. Dubai Properties awards a contract worth 1.1 billion dirhams

Dubai, UAE – Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Real Estate Holding, announced the award of contracts worth approximately AED 1.1 billion to Metac General Contracting Company to build 850 townhouses in the Villanova residential complex in Dubailand.

The contracts include the first and second phases of the La Telia project. The first phase will provide 410 units, while the second phase will add another 440 housing units.

Since its launch, the Villanova complex has delivered 3,834 residential units. The expansion reflects the growing demand for integrated complexes that provide green spaces, integrated connectivity services, and proximity to major road networks and social infrastructure.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Real Estate Holding, said that the award of these contracts reflects the continued demand for high-quality, family-friendly residential complexes in Dubai. Through disciplined implementation and reliable partnerships, we remain committed to advancing the implementation and delivery of the ’La Telia‘ project to meet our clients’ aspirations.

For his part, Mohammed Siddiq Abdullah, General Manager of Metac General Contracting Company, said that our priority will be high-quality implementation and timely completion so that the Vilanova Complex can continue its expansion.
