This came after the implementation of 3,437 deals, including sales worth 8.48 billion dirhams.
Weekly real estate sales were distributed as follows: 2,198 sales of residential units, 240 sales of buildings, 194 sales of land, and a total of 2,632 transactions.
While ready-made real estate sales amounted to about 3.67 billion dirhams through the implementation of 842 deals.
While real estate sales on the map amounted to about 4.81 billion dirhams through 1,790 deals.
The mortgage recorded 657 transactions, worth 2.98 billion dirhams, distributed as follows: 404 transactions for residential units, 83 transactions for buildings, and 170 transactions for land.
The value of the donations amounted to approximately 403.18 million dirhams, with 148 transactions distributed over 133 transactions for housing units, four transactions for buildings, and 11 transactions for land.
In terms of daily performance, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, on Saturday, about 1.3 billion dirhams, after implementing 426 deals, which included sales worth 1.13 billion dirhams.
