Davos, Switzerland – Forbes Middle East announced the launch of a new strategic initiative to lead the global dialogue in a number of specialized economic fields, as part of its participation in the World Economic Forum Annual Meetings “Davos 2026”, scheduled to be held from January 19 to 23, 2026.

Forbes Middle East said in a statement, a copy of which was received by Voice of the Emirates, that the launch of the initiative comes as a step that reflects the influential position that the region enjoys in supporting global trends aimed at shaping the future of the global economy, stressing that the “Forbes Middle East Platform” will be an independent dialogue space that contributes to anticipating trends and opinions of a number of leaders, ministers, heads of companies, decision-makers and innovators from around the world.

Khuloud Al-Amian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Middle East, affirmed that launching the platform in Davos represents a strategic step aligned with the organization’s commitment to shaping the future of the global economy. This is achieved by providing a space that brings together decision-makers and thought leaders to anticipate economic shifts and explore future collaboration opportunities. She added that the initiative is consistent with Forbes Middle East’s role in fostering economic integration, exchanging ideas, and building effective communication bridges between countries in the region and the world, thus solidifying its position as a trusted platform for supporting impactful international partnerships and alliances.

According to the statement, the platform offers a comprehensive program combining high-level dialogues, specialized sessions, media engagements, and exclusive events for partners and VIPs, along with the daily production of pioneering intellectual content. This content will be broadcast across Forbes Middle East’s digital platforms as part of the forum’s media message, “From Davos to the World.” Through this initiative, Forbes Middle East aims to highlight the contributions of countries in the region, including the UAE, in leading global economic transformations, focusing on their initiatives in promoting sustainability, digital transformation, and financing sustainable growth. Key topics include artificial intelligence governance, the smart economy, the future of energy, cybersecurity, and healthcare innovation.
