Dubai, UAE – Dubai’s real estate market achieved record performance during the first 11 months of this year.

Its sales reached an all-time high.

This comes amid continued great momentum and high levels of local and foreign demand, as the emirate consolidates its position as a major global investment destination.

Monitoring showed that real estate market sales in Dubai jumped by 29.91%, reaching 617.66 billion dirhams from the beginning of this year until the end of November trading on Saturday.

Compared to 475.44 billion dirhams in the same period in 2024, thus continuing to record exceptional periods of growth and prosperity.

According to monitoring, the real estate sector in the emirate recorded 195,736 thousand sales during the period from January to the end of November 2025.

Compared to 164.37 thousand sales in the same period in 2024, a growth of 19.08%.

While Dubai real estate sales during the first 11 months of this year are the highest ever for the aforementioned period, they exceeded the total value of sales recorded in the entire year of 2024, amounting to 522.2 billion dirhams, an increase of 95.46 billion dirhams.

As for mortgage operations, they recorded 162.59 billion dirhams through 47.25 thousand transactions in the aforementioned period.

The value of donations amounted to approximately 49.96 billion dirhams across 8,869 transactions.

Thus, total real estate transactions in Dubai during the first 11 months of 2025 recorded a growth of 21.25%.

To reach approximately AED 830.21 billion, resulting from approximately 251,867 transactions.

Compared to 684.66 billion dirhams, which were processed through 210.26 thousand transactions, which were executed during the same period last year.

It recorded 62.4 billion dirhams through the implementation of 18.22 thousand transactions, a growth of 56.9% compared to the same month last year.

The volume of transactions grew by 35.8% during the current month of November, reaching 18.22 thousand transactions.

This compares to about 13.41 thousand deals during the same month last year, 2024.
