Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – ADNOC Supply and Services announced today, Tuesday, that it has achieved exceptional financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2025. These results exceeded market expectations. They confirm the company’s operational efficiency and high flexibility in the face of market fluctuations.

The company’s revenues increased by 40% year-on-year during the second quarter, reaching 4.61 billion dirhams, or $1.25 billion.

Earnings before deducting interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization recorded a growth of 31% on an annual basis. They reached 1.47 billion dirhams, “$400 million”. Additionally, net profit for the second quarter increased by 14% on an annual basis, reaching 866 million dirhams, “$236 million”.

For the first half of 2025, the company’s revenues reached AED 8.95 billion, or $2.43 billion, a 40% year-on-year increase.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased by 26% to reach 2.73 billion dirhams, “$744 million”, during the same period. This was driven by strong performance across all business sectors.

Net profit for the first half of the year amounted to 1.54 billion dirhams or $420 million. This represented an increase of 5% over the first half of 2024. Moreover, there was an 18% increase over the second half of the previous year.

ADNOC Supply and Services’ diversified and flexible business model has enabled it to achieve strong net profits. It also maintains strong operating cash flows. This is despite challenges in the ship charter pricing system in the gas, tanker and dry bulk sectors.

In a move that confirms strong performance in the company’s key business sectors, ADNOC Supply and Services has raised its guidance for the full year. Specifically, it expects faster growth due to anticipated strong demand and improved operational efficiency across core business areas.

The company continues its efforts to create and enhance value and increase operational efficiency across its diversified asset portfolio. It drives integration and innovation through its subsidiaries in the maritime logistics and shipping sectors, Zakher Marine International and Navig8.

Qualitative growth strategy

Captain Abdul Karim Al-Musabi, CEO of ADNOC Supply and Services, said the announcement of achieving the highest quarterly results in its history embodies the strength of its qualitative growth strategy. It demonstrates the ability to seize diverse opportunities across the integrated logistics, shipping, and services sectors.

He added that this record financial performance confirms the company’s continued superiority over market expectations. This is driven by strong cash flows, strategic partnerships, and high operational efficiency. In line with this momentum, the company’s updated directives for the fiscal year embody its confidence in providing long-term value to its shareholders.

Al-Masabi explained that the integrated logistics services sector recorded exceptional performance. Its revenues increased by 22% year-on-year, reaching 4.74 billion dirhams.

This profitable growth is due to the strong use of offshore support platforms. It is also influenced by rising market prices in this area. Additionally, there is improved profitability of the integrated logistics platform and increased leasing activity.

Engineering, procurement, and construction projects contributed to strong revenue increases. This includes the artificial island of Amira and the “Tricks” and “Ghasha” fields.
