Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – Sharjah Media City “Shams” signed a strategic partnership agreement with the international company “SlickFlow”, which specializes in multi-channel messaging solutions supported by artificial intelligence, as part of “Shams'” efforts aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and enhancing the innovation and digital transformation system in the UAE.

The partnership comes through the “Shams” arm for value-added services “More”, to form a new digital lever that contributes to enabling small and medium-sized companies to adopt smart tools that improve customer experience and enhance sales and operational performance within an integrated business environment.

SlickFlow is a global platform accredited by more than 2,000 companies in 70 countries, providing solutions to unify customer communication channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, SMS and live chat on websites, within one workspace, allowing teams to focus on building interactive relationships that achieve tangible results.

Within the framework of this partnership, Shams, in cooperation with Slick Flow, intends to launch a series of free training workshops and interactive seminars directed at companies registered within its system, with the aim of enabling them to adopt artificial intelligence technologies, develop multi-channel interaction strategies, and support their path towards complete digital transformation.

Rashid Sahouh, Director of Operations at Sharjah Media City, Shams, said that Shams is keen to provide the latest technical tools and solutions that enhance the chances of success of entrepreneurs and place them at the forefront of the competitive scene. The partnership with ’Slick Flow‘ is an embodiment of Shams’ vision of building a smart and integrated business environment that allows entrepreneurs to manage their communication with customers efficiently and professionally, in line with market developments and digital requirements.

For his part, Henson Tsai, Founder and CEO of SlickFlow, said that the partnership with Shams allows startups and small companies in the UAE to benefit from the integrated SlickFlow platform for smart communication, explaining that the goal is to enable entrepreneurs to accelerate their growth, enhance their capabilities in the fields of e-commerce and the media industry, and expand the scope of their communication across multiple digital channels.

For his part, Jack Chan, Regional Director of Slick Flow in the UAE, said that this partnership reflects his company’s commitment to empowering companies through AI-powered solutions that focus on improving customer experience and accelerating sales, especially in active sectors such as e-commerce and creative media.

This initiative is part of Shams’ comprehensive strategy to enhance digital transformation in the Emirate of Sharjah and consolidate its position as a regional center for innovation and entrepreneurship, through cooperation with international companies specialized in technology and artificial intelligence, in order to achieve added value for the entrepreneurial community and enhance its competitive capabilities at the regional and international levels.
