Cairo, Egypt – The Jordanian national team topped the standings of Group C in the Arab Cup tournament after defeating the UAE today at Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar.
The Jordanian national team succeeded in achieving victory over the UAE by two goals to one, in the first round of the Arab Cup competition held in Qatar.
Jordan’s Ali Alwan and Yazan Al Naimat scored a brace in the 20th and 63rd minutes, while Bruno de Oliveira scored the goal for “Al Abyad”.

The victory put the Jordanian national team at the top of the group standings with 3 points, while the Kuwaiti national team came in second place with one point, followed by the Egyptian national team in third place with the same number of points.
The UAE national team finished last in the group standings with zero points.
The standings for Group C of the Arab Cup are as follows:

- Kuwait team gets one point.
- Egypt’s national team has one point.
- The UAE national team has zero points.
