Doha, Qatar – The Jordanian national team managed to achieve victory over its Emirati counterpart, by two goals to one, in the match that brought them together on Wednesday, in the Arab Cup 2025 tournament.
The Jordanian national team met with the UAE at Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar, as part of the first round of Group C matches in the Arab Cup.
The match started strongly from both teams, with a noticeable advantage for “Al-Nashama” over “Al-Abyad”.
The Jordanian national team succeeded in scoring the opening goal in the 20th minute, through Ali Alwan.
The goal came after the Jordanian team was awarded a penalty kick, after Ali Al-Dhanhani fouled a Jordanian player inside the penalty area, for which he received a direct red card.
Ali Alwan successfully executed the penalty kick after a shot to the right of Hamad Al-Muqbali, the goalkeeper of “Al-Abyad”.

The UAE team then tried to equalize, but to no avail, and the match ended with the Jordanian team winning by two goals to one.
