Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The Emirates Triathlon Federation announced the participation of the Emirates team in the World Championship competitions. These begin on Wednesday in Australia and continue until October 20.
The team’s delegation includes 60 male and female players who qualified for the World Championship competitions. They qualified after competing in several classification races held within the country.
This is the team’s largest participation of its kind in the World Championship.
On the other hand, the UAE youth triathlon team is participating in the Asian Youth Games.
Scheduled to be held in Bahrain from October 22 to 31.
The team prepared for the competitions by participating in the Ajman race.
Its players won 7 colored medals: 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze. They achieved these in the sprint, super sprint for youth, and super sprint for young women.
