Kathmandu, Nepal – The third UAE relief aircraft arrived at Kathmandu International Airport carrying 20 tons of humanitarian aid and essential supplies, bringing the total volume of assistance provided by the United Arab Emirates to Nepal to 148 tons.

UAE Airbridge and Sustained Relief Flow

This latest shipment is part of an ongoing humanitarian airbridge operated by the UAE to deliver direct support to affected populations and assist local disaster management authorities.

The flight follows two previous aid planes sent by the UAE containing essential food, medical, and relief supplies intended to mitigate the immediate impact of the crisis across hard-hit regions.

Strengthening Disaster Response Efforts in Kathmandu

Ultimately, UAE relief organizations are working in coordination with authorities in Kathmandu to streamline logistics and ensure aid is distributed directly to affected communities. The sustained flow of supplies underscores the UAE’s ongoing commitment to delivering rapid international aid during humanitarian emergencies.
