Tehran, Iran — The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) demanded that Qatar permit an Iranian expert team to enter its territory and investigate the fate of three missing pilots. Consequently, verbal disputes between Tehran and Doha have intensified over the incident dating back to last March. Iranian Demands and IRGC Position
The IRGC stated that its technical team has waited for months to secure entry authorization from Qatari authorities. Additionally, Tehran maintains its stance that three pilots were captured after their fighter jets were downed during military operations.

Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly denied detaining any Iranian airmen, characterizing the claims as misleading. Additionally, Qatari Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Majed al-Ansari stated that defensive measures followed unaddressed airspace violations under international law.
