Brasilia, Brazil – Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva met with Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations, as well as a number of regional and international issues, primarily international security and coordination within the BRICS group.
