Abu Dhabi, UAE – Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received a phone call from Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. During which he condemned the Iranian attacks targeting civilian sites and facilities in the UAE. Which represents a violation of the state’s sovereignty and a threat to its security, stability and territorial integrity

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani affirmed the State of Qatar’s full solidarity with the UAE. It supported all measures it took to maintain its security and stability.

The two sides also discussed developments in the escalating regional situation and its serious repercussions on regional and global security and stability. In addition to its impact on international freedom of navigation, energy security and the global economy.
