Washington, United States – The White House denied reports that the United States intends to use nuclear weapons in a confrontation with Iran, stressing that Washington still relies on traditional military options in dealing with the ongoing escalation.

Emphasis on de-escalation of nuclear tensions

White House officials have clarified that the use of nuclear weapons is not currently under consideration. This is in line with international norms, and the administration is also seeking to avoid an unprecedented escalation.

Continued pressure on Iran

The White House indicated that the United States will continue to exert pressure on Iran through conventional military and diplomatic means. This aims to limit its capabilities and prevent it from threatening regional stability.
