A new incursion into southern Syria: Israeli occupation forces raid two villages in the Yarmouk Basin

Daraa, Syria – Israeli forces raided two villages in the Yarmouk Basin area of ​​western Daraa province in southern Syria. This latest military move has sparked tension and anxiety among residents of the border region.

Local sources reported that Israeli military vehicles entered the two villages for several hours, deploying troops along several streets and main roads. The forces then conducted search and raid operations in the surrounding area.

The sources added that the incursion coincided with intensive drone activity in the area’s airspace, amidst a noticeable security alert. This prompted many residents to remain in their homes for fear of escalating tensions.
