Abu Dhabi, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received a phone call from Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Australia.

During which they discussed developments in the regional situation and the serious repercussions of the escalation taking place in the region on its security and stability.

The Prime Minister affirmed Australia’s solidarity with the UAE in the face of the blatant Iranian attacks targeting its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and citizens.

For his part, His Highness the President of the UAE expressed his thanks to His Excellency for Australia’s position in support of the UAE.

His Highness stressed the need to settle differences and outstanding issues through dialogue and diplomatic means in a way that preserves regional and international security and stability.
