Moscow, Russia – The hotline dedicated to receiving citizens’ questions for Russian President Vladimir Putin has received more than 550,000 requests so far. This comes ahead of the annual “Year Review with Vladimir Putin” program.
Russia 24 quoted the call center as saying: “Today the number of calls has already exceeded half a million. More precisely, 552,000 calls have already been registered.”
Most common methods of communication
It should be noted that a telephone call remains the most common way to ask the question, and citizens can use the number 8-800-200-40-40.
Telephone calls were the preferred method for sending questions, followed by the chatbot program on the national platform MAX, and the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
The collection of questions for the “Review of the Year” program began last Thursday and will continue until the end of the program, which airs on December 19 at 12:00 PM Moscow time. This year, as in previous years, the questions are being copied and analyzed via Sberbank’s GigaChat application.
