Al-Sharaa discusses with Mohammed bin Salman

Damascus, Syria – Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa will pay a working visit to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, the official Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.

During which he will meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

According to the agency, the visit will include President Al-Shara’s participation in the ninth edition of the Future Investment Initiative Conference.

Which is held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

SANA reported that Al-Shara will discuss with Prince Mohammed bin Salman ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two countries in several fields.

Especially in the areas of investment and economic cooperation.

Regional and international developments of common interest will also be discussed.

President Al-Sharaa’s speech at the conference

President Al-Sharaa is scheduled to deliver a speech at the conference, during which he will address economic and regional issues of mutual interest.

He will also head the Syrian delegation participating in the conference.

Which includes a number of ministers, senior officials and national experts.

Steps towards investment cooperation

The visit comes within the framework of strengthening Syria’s role in the regional economic renaissance.

The Syrian delegation will hold meetings with major global investors, leading companies, and major financial institutions.

Through these meetings, Syria seeks to build investment paths in various sectors.

Such as infrastructure, housing, energy, health, technology, and sustainable industries.
