Putin-Trump summit agenda
The White House revealed the agenda for the Putin-Trump summit on Friday in the US state of Alaska.
The White House statement said that President Trump will head from Washington to Alaska on Friday. There, he is scheduled to meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in a bilateral summit.
He pointed out that after the closed talks between the two leaders, a joint dinner will be held. This will be in the presence of the delegations of the two countries, as part of efforts to enhance dialogue between Moscow and Washington.
Yuri Ushakov, Assistant to the Russian President, announced that the meeting will begin today, Friday, at 10:30 pm Moscow time. It will be a bilateral meeting with the presence of translators.

Symbolism of place
Ushakov pointed to the symbolism of the venue of the two leaders’ summit. It is near the memorial shrine for Soviet pilots who fell alongside their American counterparts in World War II. Russia commemorated victory last May.
Ushakov pointed out that the main topic of the meeting between the two presidents was settling the Ukrainian crisis. They will also discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.
“Cooperation between Russia and the United States has enormous untapped potential,” he said.
He pointed out that the Russian delegation will include Assistant to the President Yuri Ushakov, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, and Chairman of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev.
At the end of his speech, Ushakov expected that the next meeting between Putin and Trump would be held in Russia.
