Sharjah, UAE – The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, has begun delivering the final batch of housing in Al Siouh District 16 in the Emirate of Sharjah. Which included 380 homes for beneficiaries, as part of the state’s efforts aimed at enhancing housing stability and consolidating the quality of life. In line with the goals of the “Year of the Family” and the directives of the wise leadership to build a more cohesive and sustainable society.
The Al Siwah District project is part of a system of national housing projects implemented by the Ministry with the aim of providing a modern housing environment that supports the stability of Emirati families. By developing integrated residential neighborhoods that take into account the highest standards of urban planning, infrastructure and services. In line with the population growth and urban expansion witnessed by the country.
For his part, Eng. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Infrastructure and Transport Affairs, stressed that national housing projects represent one of the strategic axes in the comprehensive development system pursued by the UAE. Because of its direct role in enhancing family stability and supporting quality of life.
He said: “The UAE continues to develop residential communities according to the highest standards, keeping pace with citizens’ aspirations and enhancing family stability. Based on an approach that places people at the forefront of priorities, housing is considered a fundamental pillar in building a more cohesive society and quality of life.
He added: “Al-Siouh 16 district embodies the state’s orientations towards developing an advanced housing system based on sustainable urban planning and the integration of services and infrastructure. To support the well-being of citizens and keep pace with future urban and population growth requirements.
He also stressed that the programme continues to work on developing a flexible housing system based on accelerating the fulfillment of housing demands and raising the efficiency of services. Which contributes to enhancing housing stability for citizens.
Al Mansouri concluded: “The start of delivering the residences of the last group from Al-Siouh District 16 represents an extension of the program’s efforts to provide modern residences with integrated facilities and infrastructure”. In line with the aspirations of Emirati families towards a stable housing environment that supports quality of life and enhances societal stability.
