Al Ahli’s goals were scored by Yuri Cesar (two goals) and Sardar Azmoun in the 14th, 48th and 96th minutes. Khorfakkan’s goals were scored by Elton Felipe, an own goal by Matheus Lima and Ahmed Jashk in the 34th, 37th and 59th minutes.

In the second half, Shabab Al Ahli quickly equalized, but Khorfakkan regained the lead. Then, in stoppage time, Azmoun snatched a dramatic equalizer, securing a 3-3 draw.
