Dubai, UAE – Dubai Chambers discussed with Philippine economic and commercial entities ways to develop investment flows between the emirate and the Philippines. Opportunities for cooperation in facilitating trade and enhancing investments across strategic sectors. Including artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and smart cities.

This came during a visit by a delegation from the Dubai Chambers to the Philippine capital, Manila. He held a meeting with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines with the participation of Ferdinand A. Ferrer, President of the Chamber. He met with Donald Lim, president of the Management Association of the Philippines.

Members of the Association’s Board of Governors participated in the meeting, along with representatives of its International Trade, Tourism and Investments Committee. In addition to a number of former presidents of the organization. Opportunities for cooperation in various economic fields were discussed.

During the visit, the Dubai Chambers held meetings with major Philippine companies to present the emirate’s investment advantages, especially in the digital economy, real estate investment and retail sectors.

His Excellency Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers, stressed the Foundation’s keenness to expand the level of cooperation between the business communities in Dubai and the Philippines. Exploring new opportunities for joint work in priority sectors. Pointing out that the delegation’s meetings in Manila reflected a shared commitment to enhancing cooperation and building stronger links between leading institutions and the private sector. To support sustainable economic growth.
