أبوظبي، الإمارات – أعلنت شركة مبادلة للاستثمار “مبادلة”، شركة الاستثمار العالمية المملوكة لحكومة أبوظبي، عن بيع حصة الأقلية التي تملكها في شركة أركاديا لمنتجات العناية الصحية “أركاديا”.

This coincides with the recent announcement of the acquisition of Arcadia by investment funds managed by Bansk Group.
وأعرب فيليب ييفي باو، مدير بقطاع الاستثمارات الخاصة في مبادلة، بهذه المناسبة، عن اعتزاز مبادلة بالشراكة المثمرة مع مجموعة بانسك ومايك ديبياسي وفريق أركاديا خلال السنوات الأربع الماضية.
وعبر عن الفخر بدور مبادلة في دعم مسيرة تحوّل أركاديا إلى منصة رائدة في قطاع المنتجات الصحية والعناية الشخصية في أمريكا الشمالية.
He explained that this transformation was achieved thanks to a combination of factors, including accelerating the company’s natural growth.
In addition to successful strategic acquisitions that included Avrio and Clusis.
He added that during the partnership period, Arcadia’s revenues tripled, along with a significant increase in profits.
Reflecting the team’s efficiency and the platform’s upward growth trajectory.
He stressed his confidence that Arcadia will continue to achieve further prosperity under Bansk’s leadership.
For his part, Bart Becht, Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bansk Group, thanked Mubadala for its fruitful partnership over the past four years.
