Abu Dhabi, UAE – Edge Group, one of the world’s leading groups in the fields of advanced technology and defense, announced that it has won two strategic contracts to supply unmanned Anavia HT-100 and HT-750 helicopters to the UAE Ministry of Defense.

These contracts represent an important milestone, as they are among the largest global orders to date for autonomous unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

Under the two contracts, Anavia, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based Edge Group, which specializes in designing and manufacturing unmanned aviation systems, will produce and deliver 76 HT-100 platforms and 92 HT-750 rotary-wing models to the UAE Ministry of Defense.

The mission-proven unmanned HT-100 helicopter is a multi-terrain platform capable of operating day and night in difficult weather conditions.

It was designed to be a rapidly deploying alternative to manned helicopters for intelligence and data collection missions.

The larger helicopter, the HT750, is a multi-role platform dedicated to logistics operations.

It is also capable of transporting heavy loads while maintaining an exceptional level of flight stability.

The announcement of these contracts, which were announced during the Unmanned Systems Exhibition and Conference “UMEX” and the Simulation and Training Exhibition “SimTEX”2026, represents the latest step in Edge Group’s commitment to supporting the national security of the UAE.

This is achieved by providing it with the latest unmanned aircraft systems technology and extensive supply capabilities.
