Abu Dhabi, UAE – Hamdan Nasser Al Zaabi, CEO of Tawazur Industrial Complex, said that Tawazur Industrial Complex currently includes 51 operating companies.
It also accommodates more than 10,000 employees and 3,200 residents.
This reflects the scale of growth witnessed by the complex and the great confidence of international companies in an integrated industrial environment.
Al Zaabi added during the complex’s participation in the current session of the unmanned systems exhibition “Yumex” and the simulation and training exhibition “Semtex” 2026 that this participation comes as an affirmation of the pivotal role of the two exhibitions in supporting the advanced industries system in the UAE.
In addition to strengthening its position as a global center for defense industries and advanced technologies.
He pointed out that the complex, through the Balance Council’s pavilion for defense empowerment, showcases its integrated industrial capabilities, advanced infrastructure, and the environment it provides that attracts investments and enables local manufacturing.
He pointed out that during the past ten years, about 67% of the master plan for the first phase was developed on an area of 9.7 square kilometers.
He explained that the two exhibitions constitute a strategic platform for strengthening existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.
This contributes to consolidating Abu Dhabi’s position as a global center for defense industries and advanced technology.
Al Zaabi pointed out that the Tawazur Industrial Complex includes the headquarters of a number of the world’s most prominent companies in the defense industries and advanced technologies sector.

The Tawazun Industrial Complex is a global center for the defense and security industries, advanced technology, and aviation industries.
It provides an integrated industrial zone extending over an area of 25.6 square kilometers.
