Al Ain, UAE – Strata Manufacturing «», a Mubadala Investment Company, continued its increasing growth in the number of aircraft structure components.

Which is produced at the company’s factory in Al Ain and exported to strategic customers from major companies in the aviation industry worldwide.

The Strata figures revealed an unprecedented increase in the number of parts manufactured during the past year 2025.

This represents approximately 40% of the total, with a total of 16,328 thousand pieces of various aircraft structural components.

Compared to what was achieved in 2024, which was 11,783 thousand pieces.

From the beginning of production of «Strata», in 2010 until the end of 2025, the company was able to manufacture approximately 115,000 pieces of components for wide-body airframes and business aircraft.

Which were installed on aircraft «Airbus», «Boeing», «Pilatus» and «Leonardo».

«Strata» has strengthened its global confidence by saying that about 90% of its production lines are exclusive.

That is, the pieces manufactured by «Strata» and marked «Proudly Made in the Emirates» are not produced anywhere else around the world.

The «Strata» numbers achieved over the past few years have reflected an increase in the number of aircraft flying today around the world in parts «made exclusively in the Emirates».

This is because 30% of the aircraft (one in three aircraft) contain Emirati-made parts.

This means an increase in the UAE’s industrial share globally.

Production and manufacturing quality

Last November 2025, Strata crowned its accumulated series of successes in terms of manufacturing quality, production quality, and global expansion.

This came through its obtaining the «Future Readiness Mark» in the advanced aviation and space industries sector.

Which is granted by the Government Development and Future Office in the UAE government to federal and local authorities and national companies that implement exceptional projects that enhance the UAE’s readiness for the future.

This is in recognition of her achievements in advanced manufacturing and the manufacture of aircraft and aerospace components from composite materials.

In addition to becoming a global center within global supply chains in this vital sector.

This enhances the UAE’s position as a global destination in the aviation industry.

For the first time, the percentage of national cadres and talents in Strata «Strata» is 69%, most of whom are in advanced engineering, technical and artistic positions, and Emirati women represent more than 88% of them.

This reflects the company’s approach to supporting women’s advanced capabilities and enabling them to enter advanced manufacturing sectors.

«Strata» also worked to enhance the capabilities and skills of more than 650 national talents in «Aircraft Structure Technicians Program».

In cooperation between «Strata», national academic institutions and global partners, distributed over 17 batches, they contributed to enriching the production and manufacturing processes at their various stages.
