Abu Dhabi, UAE – Caldes Holding Group, which specializes in developing and manufacturing defense products and is based in Abu Dhabi, revealed for the first time a group of its latest defense products developed and manufactured locally.

This is as part of its participation in the activities of the seventh edition of the “Yumex and Simtex 2026” exhibitions.

The two exhibitions, which were launched today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and are organised by ADNEC Group in partnership with the Ministry of Defence, will continue until January 22.

These products include vertical take-off and landing marches for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.

In addition to logistical tasks by supporting unmanned air transport.

Calds also reviews the unmanned land vehicle “Cobra”.

It is specially designed to provide exceptional flexibility of movement and a high ability to deal with and confront air and ground targets.

Being equipped with air defense missiles, anti-armor missiles, a radar system, and an optical system to detect, monitor, distinguish, track, and deal with targets.

With the possibility of using it in various operational and logistical tasks, in addition to “Spider Net”.

Which is equipped with mechanisms to protect it against drone threats, especially suicide ones.

The group highlights its progress in advanced manufacturing techniques for the production of sub-components, parts and precision parts.

In a move that reinforces its trend towards self-sufficiency in providing many of the basic components of its production lines.

Including its factories in the land, air and missile systems sectors.

This approach contributes to supporting the resilience of supply chains, raising manufacturing readiness, and enhancing the long-term sustainability of maintenance, technical, and logistical support.

The group also displays its leading defense products, including the modern B-100 aircraft.

In addition to the integrated air defense system “Shield” against drones and the multi-mission combat vehicle “MCAV” equipped with the “Spider-Net” system.

strengthen response

During her participation in the two exhibitions, Caldas will showcase her latest solutions designed to meet the requirements of modern tasks.

Focusing on platform integration, raising field readiness, and highlighting its capabilities in the areas of engineering development, integration, and manufacturing according to advanced operational standards.

To enhance response efficiency and decision-making speed in changing operational environments.

It also aims to hold meetings with local and international partners and user entities to explore opportunities for industrial cooperation and expand partnerships.

In line with the priorities of technology localization, knowledge transfer, enhancing local content, and developing national competencies.

To achieve a more integrated, sustainable, advanced and competitive defense manufacturing system at the regional and international levels.
