Abu Dhabi, UAE – The UAE condemned in the strongest terms the attack carried out by an armed group in southern Chad.
The attack resulted in the death and injury of a number of members of the armed forces.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed, in a statement, that the UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these criminal acts.
It affirmed its permanent rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism that aim to destabilize security and stability.
The Ministry also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the victims, and to the government and friendly people of the Republic of Chad.
In addition, she wished a speedy recovery to those injured in this attack.
