Lieutenant General Engineer Mohammed Hilal Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee for the Zayed Charity Race, confirmed that the tenth edition represents a pivotal milestone in the event’s journey.
This reflects the level of trust and community support the race enjoys, noting that holding it in Egypt embodies the depth of the historical fraternal relations between the two countries.

For his part, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, the Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, affirmed that the race represents an integrated model of the role of sports in serving society.
He stressed that Egypt’s hosting of the tenth edition reflects the close partnership with the United Arab Emirates,
Egypt also has the ability to organize major sporting events with high efficiency.
A profound humanitarian message
For his part, Talal Al Hashemi, Executive Director of the Events Sector at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, praised Egypt’s leading role in charitable work.
He emphasized that the Egyptian Food Bank represents a commendable model at the regional level.

This is because the race carries a profound humanitarian message that promotes the values of hope, solidarity, and joint action.
The proceeds from the race will be allocated to support a number of humanitarian projects, most notably government kidney dialysis centers and the Egyptian Food Bank.
Likewise, the “Rayan Egypt” project, with the value of the financial prizes amounting to 20 million Egyptian pounds to be distributed among 10,000 winners.
