Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Emirates Arabian Horse Association launched the “Rabdan Electronic Arbitration” system.
This is a qualitative initiative that embodies the UAE’s leadership in employing smart technologies to serve the equestrian sector and enhance its global position in Arabian horse beauty championships.
The launch of the new system confirms the association’s keenness to raise the standards of organization and arbitration in tournaments, through an integrated electronic system that ensures the highest levels of efficiency, justice and transparency.
The Rabdan system allows horses to be fully registered electronically without any manual intervention, with immediate review of eligibility to participate and automatic issuance of payment receipts.
In addition to enabling owners to follow their horses’ participations and download championship brochures with ease.
The system also provides the Disciplinary Committee (DC) with advanced tools to review and update horse data, attach required documents, document observations with photos, and issue comprehensive, approved reports.
The electronic judging system relies on iPads for each referee during competitions, with the results displayed simultaneously on screens and the website.
While special cases such as suspected lameness are managed via a confidential electronic vote that ensures complete neutrality and accuracy in the assessment.
The Rabdan system is a pioneering Emirati step towards digitizing equestrian activities and programs, and establishing standards of transparency and excellence in Arabian horse beauty championships.
Reflecting the country’s ambitious vision to preserve its rich heritage and enhance its global presence in equestrian fields.
