Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority and Maximus Aviation signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at supporting and strengthening the air transport system for search and rescue operations in disaster and crisis situations.

This was on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2025, which concluded on Friday.

The signing of the memorandum comes within the framework of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to develop the emergency response system and enhance the readiness of the UAE search and rescue team by providing it with the air capabilities necessary for international and field missions.

In addition to providing vital logistical support that ensures rapid and efficient response to emergency situations inside and outside the country.

The memorandum was signed in the presence of an elite group of leaders and experts in the fields of aviation and relief.

The Authority stressed that cooperation with Maximus Airlines is an advanced step towards expanding strategic partnerships with the private sector, and benefiting from the operational capabilities and specialized air expertise that the company possesses.
