Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The activities of the eleventh session of the “Used Boat Show in Dubai”, organized by Via Marine, a subsidiary of Dubai Golf, concluded on Tuesday evening at Dubai Creek Marina.

It has achieved remarkable success in terms of demand and sales.

Over the course of three days, the exhibition attracted more than 5,000 visitors, including sea lovers, investors, and those interested in acquiring luxury boats and yachts.

This strengthens Dubai’s position as a leading center for the boating industry and trade in the region.

The eleventh edition, organized under the slogan “A Boat for Every Person”, witnessed the participation of more than 50 local, regional and international brands, displaying more than 64 yachts and boats, an increase of about 20%, compared to the previous session.

The exhibits varied between luxury yachts and fast recreational boats suitable for different categories and budgets.

The exhibition attracted visitors’ interest with a collection of rare and innovative yachts.

The most prominent of these is the Riva Gucci yacht, which is one of only 10 yachts in the world and costs around 3 million dirhams.

In addition to the Greenline 40 Hybrid yacht, which is equipped with solar energy systems to operate its equipment.

This embodies the market’s orientation towards sustainability and innovation solutions in the boating and yachting sector.

Prices varied to meet different segments.

The 2024 Riva 82 Diva yacht topped the list of exhibits at a price of 30 million dirhams.

While the price of the American “Chaparel” boat reached about 68 thousand dirhams.

The exhibition also featured comprehensive financing, insurance, and maintenance offerings, as well as a retail area featuring the latest marine equipment, intelligent navigation systems, and hybrid propulsion technologies.

This success comes amid the continued growth of Dubai’s maritime sector.

The number of registered maritime vehicles in the emirate reached 7,738 in 2024, an increase of 14.4% over the previous year.

While the UAE accounts for about 50% of the boat and yacht marinas market in the Arabian Gulf region and the Middle East.

This is thanks to its advanced infrastructure, which includes more than 22 berths with a capacity exceeding 4,000 yachts and boats.

The exhibition provided a strategic platform for concluding deals and exploring investment and commercial opportunities.

It also contributed to supporting the goals of Dubai’s “D33” economic agenda, which aims to enhance its position as the best city in the world for living, working and investing.
