Dubai, UAE – Biot has launched the first Emirati smart platform powered by artificial intelligence algorithms. It allows users to search for properties via generative intelligence technologies and interactive conversations.

The launch comes at a time when the world is witnessing a radical shift in patterns of research and information consumption. As users increasingly rely on AI platforms to explore options and make decisions. This puts the real estate sector facing a new phase of development based on smarter and more personalized user experiences.

The smart chat platform allows buyers and tenants to search for properties using natural language by describing their needs and requirements. Including location, budget, space, and property type, the system displays the appropriate options directly within the conversation environment. This contributes to shortening the real estate search journey and enhancing the efficiency of access to suitable properties.

A new generation of experiences

“Today we are witnessing a fundamental shift in the way users search for information and make decisions,” said Haider Khan, CEO of Biot and Dubizzle. Artificial intelligence platforms have become an essential part of the journey of exploration and selection. By launching the platform, we are building a new generation of real estate search experiences that combine ease of use, the power of data and artificial intelligence. “Creating real value for users and our market partners.”

He added: “The UAE continues to consolidate its position as one of the economies most prepared for the future of artificial intelligence”. This launch confirms the ability of Emirati companies to develop innovative solutions that keep pace with global transformations and support the competitiveness of the digital economy.
