Abu Dhabi, UAE – The real estate market in Abu Dhabi recorded real estate transactions with a total value of about 155 billion dirhams during the first eight months of 2026. This is nearly double the value recorded during the same period in 2025, which amounted to 79.9 billion dirhams, a growth of 93.9%.
Data from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center showed that the value of transactions during the first eight months of the current year 2026 exceeded the total value of transactions recorded during the entire year of 2025. Which amounted to 142.2 billion dirhams.
The value of sales transactions amounted to 106.9 billion dirhams, an increase of 95.4% compared to 54.7 billion dirhams during the same period last year, 2025. The value of mortgage transactions reached 42 billion dirhams, a growth rate of 55.5% compared to 27 billion dirhams in the same period last year.
