New York, USA – Morgan Stanley has revealed unprecedented projections indicating that SpaceX’s revenues could reach approximately $3.4 trillion by 2040. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, in a report based on sources familiar with the bank’s internal estimates.
Huge growth prospects driven by artificial intelligence
According to the report, Morgan Stanley expects SpaceX’s artificial intelligence division
to experience significant growth in the coming years, potentially becoming a major driver of future revenue.
Estimates suggest this division alone could generate approximately $190 billion by 2030.
Rising revenues and current losses
Estimates indicate that SpaceX’s total revenue could approach $330 billion by 2030.
The company reported revenue of $18.67 billion in 2025, compared to $14.02 billion the previous year.
However, it subsequently posted a net loss of $4.94 billion, compared to a profit of $791 million previously.
The artificial intelligence division alone generated approximately $3.2 billion in revenue.
Preparations for the IPO and banking competition
These projections come as SpaceX has begun meetings with investors as part of a roadshow ahead of a potential initial public offering (IPO).
The company aims to raise approximately $75 billion, in what could be the largest IPO in history.
The report also indicated that major financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs,
anticipate rapid growth in the company’s artificial intelligence revenue.
This comes amid competition to lead the IPO and support future expansion plans.
