Dubai, UAE – DXB Life, the integrated event planning and management services arm of the Dubai World Trade Centre, achieved a 33% growth in its business volume during 2025. It organized, managed and provided services to 442 events, ranging from 84 exhibitions, 16 conferences, 26 entertainment, sports and musical events, 3 fashion shows, 6 corporate concerts and 13 graduation ceremonies. In addition to 186 external events, organized throughout the UAE.
specialized exhibitions
At the level of specialized exhibitions, the company continued to organize a number of prominent international events. Among them is the World of Coffee Exhibition, whose fourth session attracted about 17,000 specialized visitors from 78 countries. Its size quadrupled in four years, as the 2025 session was held on an area of 20,000 square meters, an increase of 30% over the previous session.
The company’s activities expanded outside the UAE to the Kingdom of Bahrain by organizing the Bahrain Coffee Festival in cooperation with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority. Its first session attracted more than 10,000 visitors.

In the field of conferences, DXB Live organized 16 international conferences. Most notable are the General Conference of the International Council of Museums “ICOM”, which includes more than 50,000 members in 137 countries, and the United Nations Universal Postal Union “UPU” Conference, which includes 192 countries.
The Global Police Summit, organized by the company in cooperation with Dubai Police, was attended by 922 police leaders, specialists and diplomats, and attracted 53,922 visitors from more than 110 countries, an increase of more than 300% compared to the previous session. It also organized the MEIDAM International Conference on Dermatology and Cosmetic Medicine in Dubai. The first edition of the conference was launched in Morocco. In addition to a range of scientific, health and commercial events.

In the field of display platform design and construction, DXB Live has implemented 286 display platforms for companies and government agencies on an area of 450,000 square feet inside and outside the UAE. Of these, 44 platforms are located in 13 global cities, including Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
The company also organized a range of cultural and community events. Including Hatta Cultural Nights for the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. The Hatta event brings us together in cooperation with the Community Development Authority and Brand Dubai.
Integrated event services
The year 2025 witnessed DXB Live providing integrated event services for a number of major international exhibitions and conferences. Including GITEX Global, GITEX Africa, GITEX Berlin, Gulfood, Beauty World, Auto Mechanics, Saudi Food Exhibition, Arabian Travel Market and other international events.
The Global Encounters Festival was also organized at the Dubai World Trade Centre, covering an area of 120,000 square meters. It witnessed the attendance of more than 100,000 visitors from 85 countries over the course of 9 days. 4,000 artists and athletes and 3,500 volunteers gathered in 9 areas full of artistic and sports performances and cultural exhibitions, amid preparations that included 15 theaters and 1,500 square meters of LED screens. This contributed to consolidating Dubai’s position as the capital of global events, with the announcement of the festival’s return again in 2028.
It won three awards at the Middle East Events Awards 2025: Best Community Event for “Hatta Cultural Nights”. The best design and construction of a pavilion less than 100 square meters is the “Fuji Film” pavilion at the Medlab exhibition. It is better for an event with a limited budget than organizing the Dubai Coffee Festival, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors.
