Al Dar launches its third residential project on Fahad Island, Fahad Terraces Beach
The new project features facilities that enhance the well-being of residents and provide all their needs

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – WAM Al Dar Group today announced the launch of its new project, “Fahd Terraces Beach”. It is its newest residential community on the beach of Fahd Island in Abu Dhabi. This project is the third residential project to be launched on the island.

This is considered a continuation of the success journey established by both the “Fahd Beach Residences” and “The Beach House” projects.

The new project is distinguished by its facilities that enhance the well-being of residents. It provides all their needs, such as health complexes, physical sports studios, and other vital activity facilities.

The Fahed Terraces Beach project includes 501 luxurious and diverse residential units. These units are distributed between apartments of different sizes and facilities, duplex units, in addition to 6 penthouses.

The project welcomes buyers of all nationalities, with sales officially launching on August 27, 2025.

This project embodies the comprehensive vision of sustainability on Fahed Island. It is the first island in the world to receive the “Fitwell” classification. Notably, the standards of design creativity complement the house’s commitment to developing purposeful projects.

The project buildings also aim to obtain the “Vitwell” rating in the two-star category and the “3 Pearls” rating according to the “Sustainability” system. Additionally, it hopes to receive the gold category from LEED certification.
