Cairo, Egypt – Al Ahly’s first football team defeated Wadi Degla 3-1 in the match that brought the two teams together on Tuesday evening in the Egyptian League.
Al Ahly met Wadi Degla at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the 16th round of the Nile League competition.
Al Ahly delivered a strong performance with effective attacking prowess, completely dominating the field with conscious movements and quick ball passing that shattered Wadi Degla’s defenses and resulted in three goals.
Trezeguet scored the first goal for Al Ahly with individual skill in the 25th minute. Ahmed Sayed Zizo added the second goal from a penalty kick in stoppage time of the first half.
Marwan Osman completed Al-Ahly’s hat-trick with a header in the 67th minute, before Ziad Osama scored Wadi Degla’s goal in stoppage time.
