Doha, Qatar – The Jordanian national team qualified for the quarter-finals of the Arab Cup, after a thrilling victory over Kuwait with a score of (3-1) in the match that brought them together today, as part of the second round of competitions.
Jordan’s national team met Kuwait at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium, as part of the second round of the Arab Cup.
Jordan opened the scoring in the 17th minute, through Muhannad Mahmoud Saleh Abu Taha, after a powerful shot from a distance that found the back of the net.
Saeed Al-Rousan added Jordan’s second goal in the 49th minute, after a rocket shot from inside the penalty area that found the back of the net.
Youssef Nasser Al-Salman narrowed the gap for the Kuwaiti national team in the 84th minute, after a perfect header that found the back of the net.
In the 90+7 minute, Ali Alwan completed Jordan’s hat-trick from a penalty kick.

Algeria stuns Bahrain with five goals in the Arab Cup
The Algerian national team swept aside their Bahraini counterparts with a score of (5-1), in the match that brought them together this evening in the Arab Cup.
The Algerian national team met Bahrain at Khalifa International Stadium, as part of the second round of the Arab Cup.
The Algerian national team scored in the 24th minute, through Redouane Berkane, before the Bahraini national team quickly responded with an equalizer through Mehdi Abduljabbar.
Adel Boulbina added the second goal for the Algerian national team in the 30th minute, before his teammate Yacine Benzina strengthened the Desert Warriors’ lead and added the third goal in the 45+7 minute of the first half.
Redouane Berkane returned in the 48th minute to score his second goal and the fourth for the Algerian national team, before Boulbina also scored his second goal and the fifth in the 80th minute.
