Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – Al Wasl secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over hosts Al Bataeh at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium. This match concluded the fourth round of the ADNOC Pro League. Ali Saleh scored the only goal of the match in the 30th minute, giving his team three vital points. This brought their tally to seven points in fifth place, while Al Bataeh remained in twelfth place with three points.
Al Wasl started the match with clear attacking pressure. They almost took an early lead after a powerful shot hit the crossbar in the 10th minute.
