Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Abu Dhabi Winter Games Club announced the organization of the fourth edition of the “Al-Ittihad Classic” Ice Hockey Championship.
This will be during the period from September 20 to 27, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
The tournament will be held at the Healy Ski Hall in Al Ain.
32 teams from 7 countries are participating in it: the UAE, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, India, and Russia.
The men’s competition will witness the participation of 12 teams, while 8 teams will participate in the women’s category.
In addition to 12 teams in the junior, under-15, and under-10 categories, the events are held in a group system.
