Quebec, Canada – Pavel Sivakov, driver of the Emirates XRG cycling team, finished second at the opening of the Quebec Grand Prix cycling race.

Which is held as part of the classic racing series in Quebec City, Canada.

Frenchman Julien Alaphilippe snatched first place from Tudor Pro Cycling.

This was after he made a decisive push on the lower slopes of the final climb leading to the finish line.

Sivakov entered into a strong struggle for second place with Alberto Petiol of the XDS Astana team.

After more than five hours of driving, he was able to outperform him. He crossed the finish line as the best cyclist after Alaphilippe.

Current world champion Tadi Pugachar gave a strong performance. This confirmed his readiness for the challenge in the Montreal race, which will be held this weekend.
