English club Tottenham Hotspur were crowned champions of the UEFA Europa League after defeating fellow English club Manchester United 1-0 in the final at San Mamés Stadium in Spain.
Brennan Johnson scored the only goal of the match in the 42nd minute. This is the third time in Tottenham’s history that they have won this European title, following in 1972 and 1984.
