Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The UAE Council for Balanced Development announced the launch of the “Emirates Villages Summer” program, whose activities and events will be held from July 19 to August 23, 2025, across various regions of the country.
The “Emirates Villages Summer” program aims to invest the time of various members of society, including senior citizens, youth, and children, in developing their skills, honing their experiences, and building their academic capabilities. This will contribute to enhancing their awareness and cognitive horizons in various societal, cultural, economic, and tourism fields, in line with the strategic priorities of the Emirates Council for Balanced Development.
The program serves all age groups in various areas, such as Qidfa, Masfout, and Al Rams, through the implementation of a range of cultural, community, heritage, sports, and entertainment activities, programs, and competitions, as well as awareness and training workshops over a period of approximately 40 consecutive days.
Consolidating the values of national identity
The activities and events of the “Emirates Villages Summer” program are set to focus on consolidating the values of national identity and preserving authentic Emirati heritage. They will also focus on developing skills of creativity, innovation, and positive thinking, stimulating talent across various sectors, providing solutions and solutions to various challenges, developing diverse economic opportunities, and developing distinctive tourist destinations across all villages and regions of the UAE. They will also aim to provide an interactive environment for all age groups and enhance social cohesion and family ties.
It’s worth noting that the program’s activities and events are held in the morning and evening, in coordination with a number of relevant local authorities, with the participation of various members of society, both citizens and their resident peers, and with a focus on developing cognitive skills and scientific capabilities in the societal, cultural, economic, and tourism fields.
