Aden, Yemen – Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, affirmed that the state of South Arabia is closer than ever before,

declaring the collapse of the political and moral legitimacy of the “legitimacy” system and the President of the Presidential Leadership Council.

Condemnation of the Mukalla attack: “It’s not heroism”

Major General Bin Brik began his statement by strongly condemning the missile attack that targeted the port of Mukalla,

He stressed that terrorizing civilians in a safe city and targeting a vital facility cannot be classified as “heroism”.

Rather, it is a reprehensible act that reveals a flaw in the assessment of responsibility.

He stressed that the security of Hadhramaut and the South is

a “red line” that the Southern Armed Forces will confront with all firmness.

Renewal of mandate and collapse of “legitimacy”

Bin Brik pointed out that Hadhramaut has clearly renewed its popular mandate

for the Transitional Council headed by Commander Aidarus al-Zubaidi,

Describing him as the true bearer of the project to restore the state.

Loss of legitimacy: The head of the Presidential Council has lost any real weight on the ground,

and his decisions have become detached from the reality of the people and their aspirations.

True legitimacy is the “legitimacy of the land and its people,” not the legitimacy of offices and paper statements.

The system has failed; the legitimacy system has turned into a cover for corruption,

plundering of wealth, and the imposition of an economic blockade against the people of the South.

“Heavy cards” and bold decisions

The Vice President of the Transitional Council revealed that the council possesses

“heavyweight documents and data” that have not yet been used in order to maintain stability.

He warned that using it would reveal shocking facts and expose the networks of manipulation that invest in crises.

He also called for bold decisions to be made to evaluate partnerships that have proven ineffective

in confronting the coup plotters and have been implicated in the suffering of the people.

Wealth and the Declaration of the State

Regarding the resources file, Bin Brik stressed that the wealth of Hadramawt is an inherent right of its people,

and he will not allow it to continue to be plundered through corruption networks.

He stressed that the South that is being formed today is a “South of institutions”.

Major General Bin Brik concluded his statement with a decisive message:

“The declaration of the State of South Arabia is imminent.”

It is imposed by the will of the people and confirmed by the equations of the land..

History is not written by missiles but by the will of the people, and there is no consolation for the greedy.”
